Rights of Data Subjects

NADIS DESIGN, S.L. informs Users that they may exercise their rights of access, rectification, restriction, erasure, portability, and objection regarding the processing of their personal data, as well as the right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, before the Data Controller. Users also have the right to withdraw the consent given.

The request submitted by the data subject must include the following:
