NADIS DESIGN S.L., informs you that, in accordance with the provisions of the General Regulation (EU) 2016/679, on data protection, (RGPD) and the law L.O. 3/2018, of December 5, on data protection and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD), we will treat your data as we reflect in this Privacy Policy.


In this Privacy Policy we describe how we collect your personal data and why we collect them, what we do with them, who we share them with, how we protect them and your choices regarding the processing of your personal data. This Policy applies to the processing of your personal data collected by the company for the provision of its services. If you complete any of our forms you must first agree to the terms of this Policy and we will keep a record of that agreement.

NADIS DESIGN S.L. does not collect data considered especially sensitive such as: race or ethnic origin, political opinions or religious or philosophical beliefs, participation in trade unions, health, sexual activity or sexual orientation, biometric or genetic data. 


It is the responsibility of each interested party that the data provided are true, accurate, complete and updated and only they will be responsible for any damage or harm, direct or indirect, that may be caused as a result of the breach of such obligation. In the event that the data provided by a User belong to a third party other than the one who provides the data, the User must inform the third party of the aspects contained in this Privacy Policy and obtain their authorization to provide their data to NADIS DESIGN S.L.



The data may be communicated to third parties for the provision of various services, as Data Processors, but we will not transfer your personal data to third parties, unless we are required by law or you, after information and acceptance, have agreed so with us. 


We share your information with: 

  • Service providers contracted by (Processors). As, for example: our hosting service, IT or legal advisors. We contractually require all our processors to only use the personal data provided to us for the purpose intended by the agreement and, upon termination, to return or destroy such personal data to us. 
  • Service providers located outside the European Economic Area (international data transfers), e.g. USA. In these cases, it requires such recipients to comply with measures designed to protect personal data and, for this purpose, it relies on EU-approved mechanisms that allow such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses. By legal obligation: Tax Agency, Public Administration with jurisdiction, Judges and Courts, etc. 



You have the right to request confirmation as to whether we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access such data or request their portability. You have the right to object to the processing of your data (we will always take into account your objection to receiving advertising) and/or to request the deletion of such data. 

  • You may request the limitation of the processing of your data in the following cases: While the contestation of the accuracy of your data is being checked. If the processing is unlawful, but you object to the deletion of your data. 
  • When the school does not need your data, but you need them for the exercise or defense of claims. 
  • When you have objected to the processing of your data for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or for the satisfaction of a legitimate interest, while it is being verified whether the legitimate grounds for the processing outweigh yours.
